Your duties include performing research on competition in the market, developing campaigns and marketing strategies, liaising between creative and account departments, and overseeing the design and implementation of new brand concepts.

Job Description:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors’ activities
  • Assist in developing and implementing promotional initiatives to profitably increase traffic within budgeted parameters
  • Assist in identifying and developing ideas for building a business and working with members of the internal team of other divisions, or other parties (partners/agencies/vendors) to carry out plans that meet investment criteria
  • Coordinate with all parties to achieve predetermined KPIs/targets.
  • Analyze activities, collect data and compare results with the objectives set to ensure the effectiveness of marketing programs

 Job requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in branding executive roles in startup company and/or tech company and/or agency
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree holder, preferably in Branding, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Brand awareness – a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
  • Top-notch writing skills and creativity
  • Excellent relationship management skills and storytelling prowess
  • Good analytical skills, and adeptness at budget management and an exhaustive understanding of the product
  • Be able to draw on the consumer research and monitor market trends
  • In depth and strong business understanding of E-Commerce channels & marketplaces
  • Proven record in executing lead generation campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and communication channels is essential
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Building Bukalapak’s brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content.

Job Description

  • Develop & formulate a cross-platform content strategy for Bukalapak’s brand that proactively answers business objectives and needs that will ultimately contribute towards growth in user base, market share, and customer retention.
  • Manage content across all digital platforms of Bukalapak as well as prioritise clarity and alignment of the content message to overall Bukalapak’s marketing strategy, tactics, and direction.
  • Provide editorial support to the team in order to ascertain content engagement levels as well as look after content consistency to protect and maintain Bukalapak’s brand Image and strive for utmost creativity in delivering content message to ensure relevancy with the target audience (or segment).
  • Growing an online community and tracking that community’s growth, among other duties.
  • Work in partnership with other internal department to design social media campaign strategy and drive its implementation.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies including identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, establish activity plan and evaluate agreement between influencers and Bukalapak, as well as ensure the activities carried out by influencers are in accordance with the plans and agreements that have been set.
  • Design and establish required eco-system (process, systems, technology) to ensure all Digital Marketing channel operations service excellence, reliability and quality.
  • Define and drive exploration, experiments, and innovations to continuously improve marketing channel outcome and contribution towards business needs
  • Conduct coaching, training, counseling, and mentoring for the team to ensure the development of skill set, culture, and career path as well as recruiting the right talent in order to build a highly effective team.
  • Responsible for budget managed within the scope of the team.
  • Responsible for carrying out other work activities according to Bukalapak’s needs.

 Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
  • 4+ years of content marketing or direct copywriting experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
  • Experience/consistent performance in deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities
  • Clear, effective communicator verbally and in writing with the ability to be persuasive
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
  • Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
  • Must be able to set relevant priorities on a daily basis as the job requires
